check in/check out

To give ample time for our cleaning crew to sanitize, check in is any time after 4pm and check out is prior to 10am.

 

House rules

  • Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed at Paradise Palms.

  • Pets are not allowed at Paradise Palms, or on property at Amelia Surf & Racquet Club. This is strictly enforced!

  • Maximum Occupancy: Sleeps 2 Adults.

  • No parties or events are allowed.

  • Minimum age of primary renter: 25.

 

Cleaning practices

  • All towels and bedding washed in hot water that’s at least 60C/140F.

  • High-touch surfaces cleaned with disinfectant (like countertops, light switches, handles, and faucets).

  • Check in and check out with no person-to-person contact.
